How it works

 The Vibration Exercise Machine is a scientifically calibrated machine that produces vibrations from the feet up distributing vibrational energy to the entire body. These vibrations result in rapid muscle fiber contractions causing a stretch reflex within the body, the muscles contract involuntarily creating the effect of exercise without the exertion of conventional exercise.
